Auto-generation of server config file

Given a host set with homogenous hardware configuration it should now be possible to generate an optimal server configuration file for DAOS using the command ‘dmg config generate’, more details are in the admin guide: https://daos-stack.github.io/admin/deployment/#auto-generate-configuration-file
